It was started by Nathan Raymond after returning home from working as a security contractor over-seas. Nathan's dad was a contractor, and growing up in Brooklyn NY he helped his dad run the business from an early age. After months of research and development we opened our doors for business in 2009. We currently operate with the industries most effective cleaning & restoration systems and strategies to get the best results for our clients. Our philosophy dictates that if the client is not 100% thrilled with our service, we are not finished with the job. Our staff is IICRC certified in their respective fields, and we are Licensed, Bonded and Insured. Meet the Business Owner Business owner information Nathan R. Business Owner Hello, my name is Nathan Raymond and I am the proud owner of West Coast Restoration & Cleaning. My business started out with just me, a truck and my equipment. I though I was destined for a career in the medical field and was studying to be a nurse, however; a series of life changing events caused me to go in another direction and I decided to go into the service industry instead. I will share with you the two most important things I have learned in this business thus far. The first is knowledge. The more I know about what I do, the better I am at providing my clients the quality service they deserve. The second is the importance of customer service. I am not in this business to make a quick buck. I love what I do. I get to help people everyday and make money doing it. I am here for the long haul and my profession is customer service. My goal is to thrill my clients so they will continue to call me back and refer me to their family and friends. I am always just a phone call away.
