We are a design and build home remodeling company based in San Francisco, servicing the Bay and the Peninsula area. Our primary focus is bathroom and kitchen remodeling, garage conversions, additions, and ADUs. We provide end-to-end solutions, from pulling permits to interior, architectural, and engineering plans. Our design team assists with on-site consultation, where we nail down the ideal floor plan for each room, choosing all finish materials and delivering next-level results tailored to the client's taste and budget. The Design Process is complementary to any interior work. It includes an on-site visit with the interior designer, proposing multiple floor plans, design concept boards, realistic renderings, elevation plans, and physical visits in multiple showrooms with the client based on the budget and style while leveraging existing relationships with the different showrooms. For every project, there will be a Project Manager that will be the main point of contact and will visit the job site every day from the demolition phase to the final inspection History Established in 2020. In doing so, I developed a successful career in the Tech industry. After 10 years and a little bit of burnout, I decided to pivot my career and provide solutions to real problems and real people. So, I double downed on what I saw at home growing up: following family values, putting the client first, under promise and over deliver while also implementing data-driven, project management methodology I learned during my career in Tech. In turn, helping to grow TRIOND's reputation to quickly exceed our client's expectations.
