In the thick northernmost jungle of Thailand, there is a place I have been. It is a sacred place and it's people the kindest I have ever met. We fell in love with the Thai people and the art of Traditional Thai Massage. We relaxed one afternoon and shared fruit by the river as the sweet smell of incense drifted out of the ancient stone temples, and the sound of chanting monks could be heard through the leaves that rustled in the wind. This is what inspired the creation of The Raven Spa. In 2017 we met Christina Stratton, a spa maven perfect to take The Raven Spa to the next level. Meet the Business Owner Business owner information Christina S. Business Owner After spending 15 years in the music business as a signed pop artist and published songwriter, Christina became a mother and moved from LA to healing mecca, Asheville, NC. It was in the entertainment industry she grew an affinity towards the spa industry and desired to create her own wellness experiences and curate memorable moments for people. After designing, owning and operating over 20 spas throughout the US, she decided to come back to LA (where she splits her time between Asheville and LA) and take over ownership of The Raven Spa. She fell in love with the authenticity and masterful therapists at The Raven and the unique style and ambiance that The Raven houses. She is dedicated to the customer experience and quality service in a peaceful and healing environment.
