Founded in 1986 by Larry Flick, this full-service flooring retailer offers a wide selection of carpets, hardwoods, rugs, laminates, vinyl, natural stones and tile. Business Owner Larry Flick is the Founder and CEO of The Floor Store. The Floor Store was founded with a single location in April of 1986. Since then, The Floor Store has grown beyond the original store in Richmond, CA to include seven separate locations. Larry oversees the operations of all eight, spread throughout the San Francisco Bay area. The Floor Store showrooms offer customers the ability to browse an enormous selection of carpeting and area rugs; hardwood, vinyl and laminate flooring; natural stone and tile; and every major style of Green flooring, including bamboo and cork.
