Business Owner After 8+ years working in service departments for various dealerships, I decided to move to a smaller shop where I can get to know my customers. I believe in working with my customers to develop maintenance plans appropriate for their vehicles. I also believe in recommending only needed services, that I would have done if it were my vehicle...and then doing them right the first time!
