Meet the Business Owner Business owner information Ming and Maribel K. Business Owner Ming and Maribel Kao are the owners of the Ming's Upholstery Shop in Poway. Ming started out as an owner of Sofa Biz on Convoy St selling new & custom made sofas and chairs. The business evolved into a custom reupholstery business due to the high demand of quality craftsmanship and repair work. Maribel joined the company 20 years ago as a co-partner and manager of the location.
