Event Magic is a full service event production and party rental facility. Our services include rental, set-up, break-down, facilitation and coordination of event equipment, audio visual equipment, props and large scale tents, pipe/drape, and stages. Rental Equipment Includes: Chairs Tables Linens Tents Heaters Dance floors, Staging, Pipe and Drape, Lighting, Sound, Theme props, Backdrops and much more! We cater to corporate parties, fairs, festivals, private events small and large, theme parties, weddings, meetings, etc. We can help out with the smallest event or the largest and there is no limit on what we can do for your event, photo shoot, film or special occasion. History Established in 2002. Event Magic was started in San Francisco as a small valet and event service company. In 2003 we bought a small theme company called Custom Scenic and moved out to Oakland. We started supplying chairs and tables for our clients and everything blossomed from there. Combining the two companies allowed us to provide rentals and services for many different customers. Photographers, film, theatre, events, meetings, fairs, festivals, weddings, etc. Meet the Business Owner Business owner information Eddie C. Business Owner Eddie Cantrell has owned and operated Event Magic from its inception. I am very hands on and still do deliveries and take care of clients personally. I have a beautiful wife and 2 wonderful children, which is why I work so hard.
