History Established in 2010. Doggie Bliss is a family-run and operated business born out of pure love and compassion for animals. In 2010, owner Shannon Hill, along with her partner and two Boston Terriers, travelled cross-county from New York. She told herself that she'd only stay out in Santa Monica for a year, but soon began to fall in love with everything: the palm trees, the ocean, the sun, and most of all, the dogs...so many DOGS!!! Not only were the dogs amazing, but the way their owners took care of them was truly admirable. She began dog walking and pet sitting as a part time job, but soon realized that caring for animals full-time was destined to be her career. Shannon started Doggie Bliss as a one-woman operation, and has organically grown the business into what it is today. Our dog walkers and pet sitters are chosen very carefully, and we truly love all of our furry friends, and treat them as if they are our own. We LOVE what we do, and our clients can tell!
