This business was born out of my own quest for a path that fits. I (Adrian) studied business at USC and then worked for a management consulting firm. While challenging, I didn't feel that it was using my gifts and full potential, so I quit. I got on a plane to Indonesia one week after I quit, buoyed by belief that I had a path that fits and it was waiting to be discovered. Over the next six months, my outward exploration of Southeast Asia mirrored my internal exploration of myself. The process of self-discovery that illuminated my path later became the foundation of my coaching programs. I returned from Asia clear in my purpose to help people find their path. I went back to school to study coaching and then opened A Path That Fits in 2006. I poured my heart and soul into the business and by 2008 it had grown big enough to support a collaboration with another coach. I asked Daniel Fine to join me and he has brought a deeper level of wisdom, meaning, and creativity to A Path That Fits. Meet the Business Owner Business owner information Adrian K. Business Owner My mission is to help people find a path that fits who they are. I believe that everyone has a unique path that aligns their strengths and purpose to maximize their contribution to the world. I am a career coach and a life coach although career coaching is my specialty. My approach to coaching is holistic, balancing the need to get results with your quest for meaning and purpose. I'll help you find the best career for you and put a plan in place to make it happen. My path reflects this balance, having spent a portion of my career working in business in addition to studying coaching, psychology, and Eastern philosophy. I love my work as a career coach and I genuinely care about everyone that I choose to work with. I am grateful to all of my clients for allowing me to be a part of their life and career journeys.
